Advantages of Automatic Application using the WA XV-ND:

• Exact reproducibility of the spraying results, thus ensuring constantly high production quality
• Material savings (precisely measured material quantity for each adhesive bond)
• All adjustment possibilities are available on the spray gun, e.g. wide/round jet adjustment
• The spray gun has internal control, using so-called “pre-air” to prevent material droplets from forming
• The spray gun is available as a pull-bar version that allows the material duct to be manually opened
• As in the PILOT XIII-N manual spray gun, all wetted parts are made of stainless steel
